Our Celebration of Learning starts November 16 from 1:30 to 2:30 PM (unless you've made prior arrangements) and ends November 20, 2015. Please make time to attend and celebrate your child's learning.
Best regards, Ms. Habunal ![]() Hi, ASGE family! I hope you are all having a wonderful, productive summer! Just a reminder...remember to eat healthy and to read and write daily. I look forward to hearing (and reading from your homework journals) about your summer vacation. If you have any questions regarding the homework, you know how to contact me. "Our growth together requires us to grow individually." Best, Ms. Habunal Happy New Year!
As we end our Money Unit, think about what you learned about earning, saving, and spending. Think about your needs and wants. How does your earning, saving, and spending affect the quality of your life? In this unit, we have two major projects. You will need to create an emergency bag with your parents and a "How to" video or poster to present to your family, to the class, and the ASGE community. You have 5 weeks to complete these two projects.
For this post, tell us what will you include in your emergency bag? What are you good at and how will you teach us that skill? Welcome 3rd and 4th Graders to Room 223!
Think about your roles and responsibilities as citizens of ASGE, the United States of America, and the global society. What is your mission and vision? Which guiding principles must we follow? If you have any questions about the forms I sent home for your parents to sign, please don't hesitate to email me. I look forward to having a year filled with learning and fun with you! Your Teacher, Ms. Habunal How does earning, spending, and saving affect your life?
By this time, you should all have settled into our daily routine and are eager to learn everything there is to learn this year.
It's almost time for school! Be ready to share your summer break experiences on our first day of school. I look forward to a year filled with fun and learning!
